About Peaceful Minds
At Peaceful Minds Dementia Support Services, we believe caregiving is more than a task — it is a calling.
Walking alongside a loved one living with Alzheimer’s or dementia can feel heavy, uncertain, and emotionally exhausting. Families often carry the weight alone, searching for answers, direction, and reassurance. That’s where we come in.
We exist to bring calm to the chaos, clarity to the confusion, and compassionate support to every home we serve.
Founded by Juliana Asare, LPN, Peaceful Minds blends over 24 years of professional nursing experience with a heart for service and faith-centered compassion. Throughout her career in independent living, skilled nursing, and memory care settings, Juliana has supported families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments — always guided by dignity, patience, and person-centered care.
Her belief is simple:Every person deserves to be treated with respect. Every family deserves support. And no one should walk this journey alone.
Our approach combines clinical knowledge with heartfelt care — meeting both the medical and emotional needs of families. We don’t just manage symptoms; we help restore peace inside the home.
How We Serve
We provide personalized, in-home dementia support that helps families:
• Understand behaviors with confidence
• Reduce agitation, anxiety, and stress
• Improve home safety
• Establish healthy routines
• Manage medications and daily care
• Prevent caregiver burnout
• Feel empowered instead of overwhelmed
Every care plan is thoughtfully tailored because every family’s journey is unique.
Our Heart
At Peaceful Minds, we are guided by compassion, integrity, and faith. We believe caregiving is an act of love and service — and we treat every client like family.
Our goal is not only to support your loved one’s well-being, but to help you find strength, hope, and peace of mind along the way.
Because when care is given with both skill and heart, families don’t just survive — they feel supported, confident, and at peace.
